Dmytro Korchynskyi wrote in his blog:

"Kostik Yerofeev, an extremely talented singer, who had everything to become famous, except for a thirsty audience, has died. But what he had, he was quite content with his usual straw.
I first met him in the dormitories of the Faculty of Physics in 1988. An anti-Soviet group was formed there and its subculture was created by the wonderful songwriters Tolik Sukhyi and Kostik...
Brothers, pray for him. If you could hear, you would know what you have lost. "
The funeral took place in the Kyiv region - in the village of Selyshche, Baryshiv district.
