Zemlyansky Valentin Alexandrovich

Valentyn Oleksandrovych Zemlianskyi (18. 02. 1930, Horlivka, now the city of Donetsk region) - singer (baritone). People's Artist of Ukraine (1994). He graduated from the Kyiv Conservatory. Kyiv Conservatory (1957; class of M. Zubareva). 1961-2004 - soloist of the Donetsk Opera and Ballet Theatre. Possesses a beautiful voice of velvety timbre, a noble manner of performance, and the skill of a dramatic actor.
