Volodymyr Frolovych Zasukhin (born 11 June 1947, Lviv) is a Ukrainian singer (baritone) and composer. People's Artist of Ukraine (1997).
He graduated from the Lviv Automobile and Road Technical School. He served in the song and dance ensemble of the Carpathian Military District.
1976 - graduated from the Lviv Conservatory (class of Professor P. Karmalyuk).
Until 2007, he was a soloist with the Ukrconcert and Kyivconcert.
Since 2010, he has been a soloist with the National Presidential Orchestra of Ukraine.
1998-2006 - author and presenter of the programme "Volodymyr Zasukhin's Romance Hall" on Radio Rocks (Kyiv).
His repertoire includes ancient romances, arias from operas, world classics, and his own compositions based on poems by Yuri Rybchynsky.
His works as a composer are performed by popular singers, in particular, O. Malinin, T. Gverdtsiteli, A. Kudlay, T. Piskaryova, etc.
He has performed in Italy, Brazil, France, the Czech Republic, Russia, Poland, Slovakia and other countries.
