Fedir Andriyovych Yevsevsky (Yevseyevsky) (b. April 8 (in some sources - April 9), 1889, Boryspil - d. January 27, 1970 (according to other sources - 1969), Paris) was a Ukrainian Russian composer, conductor and teacher.
He studied at the St. Petersburg Conservatory. He was a staff-rotmist of the Ukrainian Hussars regiment, a military chaplain. He graduated from the Yelisavetgrad Cavalry School.

In 1914 he graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatory. In 1918-1919 he was a conductor of the theater in Romny.

Emigration
He emigrated and lived in France from the early 1920s, organizing the string quartet "Modern Minstrels".

He worked as an accompanist, and from 1927 he led the vocal quartet "Kitezh", with which in 1928 he performed a charity concert at the Grand Opera, organized by the newspaper "L'Intransigeant". He sang as part of a male quintet and conducted an orchestra of balalaika players.

Since 1936 he has been conductor of the Ukrainian Opera in Paris. He took an active part in the artistic life of the Russian and Ukrainian diaspora in France, and led a Ukrainian choir on tour.

After the Second World War, he worked at the Russian Drama Theater as an accompanist. In 1954, the orchestra under his direction recorded a record at Pathé Records. He collaborated in France with the Theater Ensemble of the Ukrainian Theater from Poltava.

He is the author of the ballet "Fantastic Fairy Tale" (premiered in 1959), choral works based on the words of Taras Shevchenko, the opera "Oksana or the Spring Fairy Tale" (libretto by Oleksandr Oles), pieces for violin, cello, and others.

He was buried in the cemetery of Saint-Geneviève-de-Bois.
