Volska Nadiia

Nadiia Vasyliivna Volska (7 March 1871 - after 1930) was a Ukrainian pianist, teacher and concertmaster at the Mykola Lysenko Music and Drama School.

Biography.
She was born on 7 March 1871.

She studied in Vienna with Theodor Leshetytsky.

1911-1918 - teacher and concertmaster of the Mykola Lysenko Music and Drama School.

In 1913-1915, she took part in traditional concerts in memory of Mykola Lysenko, in particular, in the Rodyna Club, performing together with the school teacher V. Astafiieva and her students.

From 1918, she was a teacher of piano practice and accompaniment at the Mykola Lysenko Music and Drama Institute.

In 1921-1930, she worked in Kyiv at 52 Khreshchatyk Street.
