She was born in 2003 in Kyiv. She started playing the violin at the age of four. She studied at the Mykola Lysenko Specialised Music School in Kyiv (class of Yaroslava Rivnyak and Vadym Borisov) and at the National Music Academy of Ukraine (class of Olga Rivnyak). She is currently continuing her studies in Basel (Hochschule für Musik FHNW) with Barbara Doll.
The violinist is a winner of many international competitions. Among her musical achievements are First Prize at the Ysaye International Music Competition (Belgium, 2019); Third Prize at the Odesa International Violin Competition (Ukraine, 2018); First Prize at the IX International Violin Competition "Bravo!" (Belgium, 2013).
Varvara has performed at such festivals as Beethovenfest Bonn, Fiskars Summer Festival, Young Euro Classic, International Festival "Stars of the Future", X International Youth Music Festival Competition, Bouquet Kyiv Stage, Book Arsenal.
Since 2017, she has been performing with the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine (YSOU).
She has participated in masterclasses by leading teachers and musicians in Ukraine and abroad, including Oleh Kaskiv, Oleksandr Brusylovskyi, Borys Harlytskyi, Borys Kushnir, Valerii Sokolov, and Oleksii Semenenko.
He has an active concert career in Ukraine and also plays concerts in support of Ukraine abroad.
Since 2019, he has been receiving grant support from the VERE MUSIC FUND charity foundation.
