Trofimchuk Oleksandr Pavlovich

Oleksandr Pavlovych Trofimchuk (born 9 April 1944 in the village of Mykhalkivtsi, Rivne region) is a Ukrainian singer and actor. People's Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1989).
General information
Graduated from the Kyiv Conservatory (1971). Since 1971, he has been a soloist at the Kyiv National Academic Operetta Theatre.

He has acted in musical films: "Lyrical Duet" (1984), "Autumn Gold" (1986).

He is a holder of the Order of Merit, third class (2004). Winner of the Grand Prix at the April Spring International Vocal Festival (1994, Pyongyang, North Korea).

Trofymchuk-Makovetska duet
In 1970-1980, the concert duet of Oleksandr Trofymchuk and Lyudmyla Makovetska brought the talented performers well-deserved recognition and popularity.

During his work at the Kyiv Operetta Theatre, he played more than 70 roles in modern and classical repertoire. Among them:
