Titova Kateryna

A well-known Ukrainian pianist, winner of more than 20 prestigious international competitions. Among them: the Alicia de Larrocha Competition (Andorra, 2002), the International Piano Competition of Russian Music (USA, 2004), Rubinstein (Germany, 2005), James Mottram (England, 2008), and Spanish Composers (Spain, 2013).

She was born in Donetsk region and studied at the Kharkiv Music School. She received her education at music academies in Germany (Munster and Dresden), and improved her skills in France (with Professor Igor Blagodatov), Italy and the UK. The pianist has toured extensively in the USA and Europe, and has collaborated with the Netherlands Symphony Orchestra, the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Chamber Orchestra and others. Kateryna Titova's debut disc of Rachmaninoff's works was released by Sony Classical. Since 2001, she has lived in Germany. She teaches at the Music Academy of Dresden.
