Fedir Yakovlevych Ternopilskyi (years of birth and death unknown) was a seventeenth-century Ukrainian singer and choirmaster.
He studied at the Kyiv-Mohyla College, where he also received a musical education. In the 1640s and 1650s, he was the regent of the college's chapel. From 1652, he was the regent of the Court Chapel in Moscow (where he came with 11 Kyiv singers). According to historical documents, he is the "creator of line singing" (partes singing).
