He was born in Lviv in 2005. At the age of 7 he began studying the piano at the Children's Music School № 2 under the teacher Svetlana Marko. At the age of 11 he entered the Lviv Specialized Boarding School of Music named after Solomiya Krushelnytska in the class of Professor Oksana Rapita. At 14 he became a student at the University of Music and Performing Arts of Graz in the class of Professor Milana Czerniawska.
Bogdan is the winner of more than twenty national and international competitions. In 2018 he won first prize at the XIII International Vladimir Krainev Young Pianists Competition (Kharkov, Ukraine); first prize, Gold Medal and five special prizes at the XII International Competition in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz (Kiev, Ukraine); and Grand Prix at the Piano talents Competition (Milan, Italy).
He takes part in the international festivals LvivMozArt (Ukraine), Discovering Paderewski (Poland - Ukraine), ArtDialog (Switzerland) and in the World Young Talents program. He regularly takes part in master classes in Brescia, Vienna, Graz, Liechtenstein and Munich.
He has performed at the prestigious Salle Cortot in Paris and at the Discover Paderewski Festival in Poland and the USA.
The pianist is a fellow of the International Music Academy in the Principality of Liechtenstein. Since 2018, he has received grant support from VERE MUSIC FUND and is continuously involved in special projects of the foundation.
