Emilian Talapkovych (* 1836 - † 1889, Velyki Lazy) was a church and public figure in Transcarpathia, a priest (from 1868).
He was the third conductor of the Harmony Theological Choir in Uzhhorod (1861 - 1869).
Later he worked as an inspector of church public schools of the Uzhhorod Committee, and as an administrator in Solochyn. At the end of his life, he was a parish priest in Yanoshiyiv.
He is the author of the collection "Church and People's Liturgical Singing of Greek Catholics Living in Hungary" published in 1873 in Uzhhorod, which contains liturgical chants of the Greek Catholic Church arranged by Talapkovych for four voices with piano.
