In 2016, she entered the Petro Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine at the Department of Opera and Symphony Conducting, class of Professor Igor Palkin.
In 2017, she was an assistant to conductor Oksana Lyniv at a production of Pyotr Tchaikovsky's opera Eugene Onegin at the Graz Opera House (Austria).
In 2018, she won the Grand Prix at the All-Ukrainian Music Olympiad "The Voice of the Country" under the patronage of Yevhen Stankovych in the nomination "Symphonic Conducting".
She became a participant of the LvivMozArt classical music festival, where, together with the founder of the festival Oksana Lyniv, she worked on the production of Dmytro Bortnyansky's opera Alcide and conducted two performances.
In the same year, as part of the Bouquet Kyiv Stage festival, she took part in week-long conducting masterclasses led by Professor Christopher Lyndon Gee (USA) with the National Presidential Orchestra of Ukraine.
At the LvivMozArt 2019 festival, she took part in the project "Mozart's Journey to Prague". At Bouquet Kyiv Stage 2019, she conducted the project "On Eagle Wings" by pianist Guy Mintus.
She participated in Envision Sound 2019, an educational programme for film composers supported by the British Council, and directed the soundtrack of Alfred Hitchcock's silent film Blackmail.
She has collaborated with the National Ensemble of Soloists "Kyiv Camerata", the National Chamber Ensemble "Kyiv Soloists", the Academic Orchestra of Folk and Popular Music of the Ukrainian Radio, the Baroque Chapel Orchestra of the Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy, and the Ukrainian Festival Orchestra (Lviv).
Since 2019, Natalka has been an assistant to the chief conductor of the Kyiv Symphony Orchestra.
Since 2017, she has received grant support from the VERE MUSIC FUND.
