Petro Skazkiv (15 May 1987, Vorokhta, now Ukraine - 4 February 2021, Vorokhta, Ukraine) was a Ukrainian dulcimer musician.
Biography.
Petro Skazkiv was born on 15 May 1987 in the city of Vorokhta, Ivano-Frankivsk region, Ukraine.) He worked as a music teacher at the Vorokhta House of Culture.
He was taught to play the cymbals by his father. Petro took part in the show 'Ukraine's Got Talent', where he became a finalist. The video of his performance has received two million views as of 4 February 2021.
He is a member of the rock band Jarap.
In 2014, he took part in the Revolution of Dignity, where he supported people with music.
He died on 4 February 2021 from lung cancer.
