Sichkovsky Georgy Evgenyevich

1924-1998

Sichkovskyi Heorhii Yevhenovych - (* 10 October 1924, Tovtry village, now Zastavna district, Chernivtsi region - 30 March 1998, Chernivtsi) - Ukrainian singer. He taught himself to read and write music. Since 1945, he has been a soloist of the Chernivtsi Regional Philharmonic.

Sichkovsky performed with the Bukovyna Ensemble in Poland, Romania, Finland, Czechoslovakia, Russia, the USA, Canada, Italy, Germany, Belgium and other countries.

Medal "For Valiant Labour" (1970);
