Oleksandr Saratsky (born 28 January 1961, Kyiv, Ukrainian SSR, USSR) is a Ukrainian composer, musicologist, conductor, teacher, Honoured Artist of Ukraine (2020).
He was born in Kyiv on 28 January 1961 in the family of musicologist and teacher Alla Arkadiivna Saratska and engineer Naum Yefymovych Saratskyi.
