Biography.
He was born on September 12, 1931 in the village of Khoustovo (now Spas-Demensky district, Kaluga region). Member of the CPSU since 1956. In 1957 he graduated from the Institute of Military Conductors in Moscow. A graduate of Boholepov's school. From 1963 he was a music director and conductor, from 1975 until his death - the head and artistic director of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Red Banner Black Sea Fleet.

He was awarded the Order "For Service to the Motherland in the Armed Forces of the USSR", 3rd class, and medals. He died in Sevastopol on July 28, 1985. He was buried in Sevastopol at the city cemetery "Kalfi".
