Lev Pulver is a composer, violinist and conductor. People's Artist of Russia (1939).
Born. 18 December 1883 in Verkhnodniprovsk, Dnipro region. Died 8 March 1970 in Moscow.
In 1898-1901, he was a violinist in the troupe of Marko Kropyvnytskyi.
He graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatory (1908). He performed as a violinist.
He composed music for many performances and films, including the Ukrainian film The Last Night (1935).
