Yevhen Leonidovych Pukhlyanko (born February 28, 1955, Kramatorsk) is a Ukrainian composer, pianist, and performer. Honored Artist of Ukraine (2000). Liquidator of the Chornobyl accident in 1986.
In 1979, he graduated from the Tchaikovsky Kyiv Conservatory with four specialties: concert performer, chamber music soloist, concertmaster, and music school teacher.
He entered the postgraduate program, worked at the Conservatory as a concertmaster of the solo singing department for 4 years and simultaneously worked as a concertmaster at the October Palace.
Later he was invited to the State Wind Orchestra, and then to the Variety Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Rostyslav Babych.
From 1980 to 1985 (2nd convocation) he was a deputy of the district council of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv.
He composes music for songs. He has collaborated with such Ukrainian authors and performers as Volodymyr Matvienko, Vasyl Voloshchuk, Semen Torbenko, and Viktor Zakharchenko.

Wife - Tetiana Roshchyna - pianist, art critic, professor at the Kyiv Conservatory.
Daughter - Maria Pukhlyanko - pianist, winner of international competitions.
