Poludennyi Artem

1989

Born in 1989 in Kyiv. He started studying music at the age of seven at the Kyiv Children's Academy of Arts. In 2003, he continued his studies at the Mykola Lysenko Secondary Specialised School in Kyiv (class of Victoria Kulikova). In 2006, he entered the Petro Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine (class of Associate Professor, People's Artist of Ukraine Ivan Kucher). In 2011, he received a master's degree.

He has participated in many international competitions. At the age of 16, as a member of a trio, he became a laureate of the Sergei Taneev International Chamber Ensemble Competition. In 2012, he became a laureate of the Mykola Lysenko International Competition.

The musician is an active concert artist, touring in Ukraine and abroad as a soloist and as a member of various chamber ensembles. From 2006 to 2010, he was a member of the National Ensemble of Soloists "Kyiv Camerata". In 2010-2011, he was a soloist at the National House of Organ and Chamber Music as part of the Borys Liatoshynskyi Classical Music Ensemble. 2011 - 2016 - artist of the Kyiv Chamber Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine. He taught at the Mykhailo Glinka Dnipro Academy of Music until 2020. Since 2017, he has been a soloist at the National House of Organ and Chamber Music of Ukraine.

He is a co-founder and regular member of the NB Chamber Group chamber ensemble.

Artem has performed as a soloist with such ensembles as the National Soloist Ensemble "Kyiv Camerata", the State Variety and Symphony Orchestra, the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, the Kyiv Chamber Orchestra, the orchestras of the Dnipro, Donetsk, and Rivne Philharmonic Orchestras, and the Symphony Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine.

He has participated in masterclasses by such leading masters as Wen-Hsing Yang, Valery Sokolov, Henrik Brandstrap, Jose Ribera, Denis Severin, and David Geringas.
