Roman Stefanovych Nedzelskyi (born 10 June 1967, Lviv, Ukrainian SSR) is an Honoured Artist of Ukraine, producer, manager and organiser of art events, virtuoso guitarist, member of the Vatra band, and Director General of the National Palace of Arts "Ukraine".
He was born on 10 June 1967 in Lviv.
He graduated from the Solomiya Krushelnytska Lviv Music School as a violist and the Lviv Conservatory as a guitarist. He received a law degree from the Faculty of Public Administration and Law of the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts.
During his student years, he joined the Vatra Ensemble of the Lviv Philharmonic and toured all continents. For more than 20 years, he has been the manager, artistic director and musician of the band of singer Oksana Bilozir.
He held the positions of First Vice President and First Deputy Director General of the National Television Company of Ukraine (2008-2010), was Chairman of the Jury of the National Selection for the Eurovision Song Contest (2008-2010), managed the state-owned enterprise Ukraine Touring (2005-2008) and the Production Centre Ukraine World (2000-2005), which organised festivals and tours of Ukrainian performers in Ukraine and abroad.
In July 2014, he became the head of the National Palace of Arts "Ukraine".

Family.
He is married to People's Artist of Ukraine, former Minister of Culture Oksana Bilozir. The couple has two sons, Andrii and Yaroslav, and two granddaughters.
