Mochurad Bohdan Ivanovych

Bohdan Ivanovych Mochurad (born 28 August 1968, Lviv) is a Ukrainian conductor and teacher, People's Artist of Ukraine (2020).
Biography
1993 - graduated from the Higher Music Institute in Lviv.

1993-2001 - a teacher at the Obroshyno Children's Music School in Pustomytyn district, Lviv region.

At the same time, from 1997 to 2000, he was an artist of the orchestra of the Ivan Franko Lviv Opera and Ballet Theatre.

Since 2001, he has been the chief conductor of the M. Zankovetska National Drama Theatre in Lviv.

2005 - received a PhD in Art History.

He is also a lecturer - Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor (since 2006) of the Department of Orchestral Conducting at the Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy.

Since 2008, he has been the head of the project "Life has opened", in which blind Ukrainian soloists perform with the orchestra.
