Igor Milenko was a Soviet and Ukrainian composer, director, screenwriter, and actor. Member of the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine.
He was born on December 13, 1960 in Zaporizhzhia. He graduated from Zaporizhzhia school No. 31 and the Kyiv Institute of Culture (1982).
