Alla Viloriyivna Migay (born April 8, 1955 in Kyiv) is a Ukrainian TV presenter, TV journalist, storyteller, composer, author of more than 400 musical fairy tales for children of all ages, as well as about 800 songs for children and adults, including many popular ones; a columnist for the creative association of music and entertainment programs of the National Television Company of Ukraine; Honored Artist of Ukraine (2008).
Alla Migai, musicologist by training. After graduating from the Kyiv State Conservatory in 1980, she was sent to Ukrainian Television, where she worked in the music and children's editorial departments.

Since childhood, Alla Viloriyivna started writing songs - first for herself, then, out of necessity, for children's programs (it happened in 1988). The editors of Melodiya liked her children's songs and offered the composer to record a record. The material was completed urgently and in 1989 the CD "Gift" appeared, the most famous composition of the album later became the lullaby song "Sonko-Drimko", which ended the children's program "Evening Fairy Tale" on the First National Channel. Alla Migay and the children's ensemble "Kyanochka"". The video version of the album "Gift" was later purchased by TV companies in 17 countries. At the same time, Migay made her debut on television as a performer of her own lyrical songs in the programs "Music Cafe" and "Art Maidan".

Migai's songs are performed by People's Artists of Ukraine Dmytro Hnatiuk, Nadiia Krutova-Shestak, Volodymyr Hryshko, Oleksandr Vasylenko, Viktor and Liubov Anisimov, Inesa Bratuschyk, the Hetman Quartet, VIA Kobza, Dmytro Gordon, Viktor Broniuk, the Fata Morgana rock band, and others.

In 1996, Alla Migai released the album "Listen to the Fairy Tale", recorded in the BZZ with the children's ensemble "Zernyatko".

The song "Prayer for Ukraine" based on the poem by Mykhailo Kovalko earned the composer the title "Ukrainian Madonna" from the International Charitable Foundation of St. Mary.

For more than 20 years, she was the host and author of the "Evening Fairy Tale" program on the First National Channel. Her audience numbered 15 million viewers across Ukraine. She has created many patriotic television films as an author and director of television ("Cossack Glory", "Pontic Arena", "Harmony of the Soul", "Musiccamp", etc.) She is a director and organizer of children's New Year's parties and festivals. He is an active member (chairman) of the jury of many music, theater and television competitions ("Crystal Springs", "Pontic Arena", "Theater Horizons", "Junior Eurovision", "Starfish", etc.)

Her creative work includes 6 books of songs, fairy tales and poems for children and adults, magnetic albums "Gift" (based on the poems by N. Kulyk), "Listen to the Fairy Tale", "We Believe" (based on the poems by M. Kovalka), "I'm Walking Down the Street" (based on the poems by T. Kolomiets), "I'll Say!" (songs and poems performed by the author). She conducts master classes on music education and gives seminars on TV presenter skills in creative universities of the country.

She is a participant of the Lullaby for the Future project as an author and performer of famous Ukrainian lullabies, including "Sonko-Drimko", "Melting Evening", "To the Breeze", and others (Dnipro, Sievierodonetsk, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Tallinn).

Artistic director of the children's show group "Migalky" and the female trio "Charivnytsia". Winner of the International Contest-Festival "Taras Shevchenko Unites Peoples" for the best video clip for the author's song "Destiny" based on Taras Shevchenko's poems.

Member of the Congress of Writers of Ukraine, the Union of Theater Workers of Ukraine, and the Association of Variety Artists of Ukraine.

Personal life.
She was the wife of composer and conductor Ihor Stetsiuk. She has a daughter.
