Tikhon Mykytyovych Medvedev (or Medvediv) (1910 - November 1943) was a bandura player, artist, member of the Poltava Bandura Chapel since 1932 and the united Kyiv Bandura Chapel since 1935. He was mobilised during the war. He was a private. He went missing in 1943.
