She received her musical education at the Lviv College of Culture and Arts. She received the qualification of "Organiser of cultural and leisure activities, choir director". In 2007, she graduated from the Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Academy with a degree in Art and a bachelor's degree in Concert Singer and Teacher. From 2003 to 2008 she worked at the All-Ukrainian Concert Ukraine "Trembita" as a soloist vocalist. In 2015, she graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a degree in Musical Art.
Since 2009, she has been working at the Lviv National Philharmonic. The soloist participates in various artistic projects of the Philharmonic. She is the author of the idea of creating and implementing such programmes: "Melodies of a Heart in Love" (the performance "Love to the Grave"), "My Evening Star", "I Fall to You, My Christ", "Echoes into Eternity", "Lviv Tango", "Moses of the Ukrainian People". She has created a number of children's performances: "Pan Kotskyi", "Dereza the Goat", "The Straw Bull", "The Golden Chicken", "Taras's Roads". Oksana Matssehora is also involved in public activities, as deputy head of the Lviv City Union of Ukrainian Women.
She created the project "Don't be indifferent" to help wounded JFO soldiers undergoing treatment and rehabilitation. For her active social position, cultural and charitable activities, she was awarded a letter of gratitude by the mayor of Lviv, A. Sadovyi. The singer is the chairman of the jury of the "Word and Song to Mummy Toby" contest. She is a laureate of the All-Ukrainian contest "Golden Section of Lviv".
Oksana Matssehora is the author and performer of the project "Prayer to the Virgin". She presented a CD of sacred music "SANTA MARIA" and stories about the life of the Virgin Mary according to the Apocrypha.
She is actively involved in the promotion of Ukrainian and world art and literature.
