Ukrainian composer, 1996 - Honored Artist of Ukraine.
From his biography
During the Second World War, he led army ensembles.
In 1961, he graduated from the Theoretical and Composition Faculty of the Kyiv Conservatory.
From 1961 to 1967, he worked as an artistic director of musical ensembles of the Ukrainian Television and Radio.
