Leontovych Denys Teodorovych (1868, Lviv - 29 April 1887, Novosilka village, now Chortkiv district, Ternopil region) was a Ukrainian pianist. The son of Theodore Leontovych.
He graduated from the Lviv Ukrainian Gymnasium (1886), studied at the Law Faculty of Lviv University.
In 1873-1887, he took part in concerts: he performed classical works and his own arrangements of folk songs, accompanied singers Yevhen Hushalevych, Oleksandr Myshuga, the choir of Ostap Nyzhankivskyi and others; he maintained creative ties with Anatol Vakhnyanyn and Yevhen Kupchynskyi.
He died of spotted typhus.

Author of waltzes and other works for piano, including the composition "Souvenir a mademoiselle la Baronne Hedvige Blazowska valse elegante pour piano par Denis Leontowicz".
