Kulyniak Mykhailo Andriyiv

Mykhailo Andriyovych Kulyniak (born 4 March 1969, Drohobych, Lviv region) is a Ukrainian statesman, cultural figure, musician. Minister of Culture of Ukraine (2010-2012).
Education.
1994 - graduated from the Tchaikovsky Kyiv State Conservatory with a degree in teaching, chamber ensemble artist, orchestra artist (class of Anatolii Bazhenov). He is a student of Volodymyr Chuba and Abram Stern.
2003 - graduated from the International University of Science and Technology with a degree in Organisational Management (Master of Organisational Management).
2003 - graduated from the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with a degree in Public Administration (Master of Public Administration).
Career
06.1987 - 09.1988 - violinist of the Lviv Association of Musical Ensembles.
09.1988 - 07.1994 - student of the Tchaikovsky Kyiv State Conservatory.
07.1994 - 10.2001 - Deputy Director of Culture at STEP K LLC, Kyiv.
11.2001 - 11.2002 - Instructor of cultural and mass work of the United Trade Union of Employees of the Staff of Ukrtransgaz, Kyiv.
03.2004 - 03.2005 - Assistant to the Deputy Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
08.11.2006 - 20.08.2008 - Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine in charge of relations with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and other state authorities.
09.2008 - 02.2010 - a student of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
