Mykhailo Andriyovych Kulyniak (born 4 March 1969, Drohobych, Lviv region) is a Ukrainian statesman, cultural figure, musician. Minister of Culture of Ukraine (2010-2012).
Education.
1994 - graduated from the Tchaikovsky Kyiv State Conservatory with a degree in teaching, chamber ensemble artist, orchestra artist (class of Anatolii Bazhenov). He is a student of Volodymyr Chuba and Abram Stern.
2003 - graduated from the International University of Science and Technology with a degree in Organisational Management (Master of Organisational Management).
2003 - graduated from the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with a degree in Public Administration (Master of Public Administration).
