Volodymyr Pylypovych Kulakoŭ (born 3 August 1923, Kyiv) is a Ukrainian singer, theatre performer, Honoured Artist of the Ukrainian SSR since 1972.
Biography.
Born on 3 August 1923 in Kyiv. In 1955, he graduated from Kyiv University, and in 1959, from the Poltava Music College. In 1962-1972 and 1978-1983, he worked as an artistic director of the Ukrconcert, and since 1983 he has been a soloist-vocalist of this collective. In 1972-1978 he was the director of the Kyiv Opera and Ballet Theatre.
