Krivorotova Lyubov Alekseevna

1949

Liubov Oleksiivna Kryvorotova (June 8, 1949, Kyiv) is a Ukrainian bandura player, singer, and composer. She is the soloist of the bandura trio Ukrainka of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine. People's Artist of Ukraine (1999).
Since 1968, she has been performing with the Ukrainianka Bandura Trio of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine together with People's Artists of Ukraine Lidiya Kolos-Kryvorotova and Raisa Horbatenko.

1980 - graduated from the Tchaikovsky Kyiv Conservatory (vocal class of K. Ognevyi). In 1980 she was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR.

She composes music for songs, arranges pieces for trios, and performs Ukrainian songs.

Her parents are from Nosiv district, Chernihiv region.
