Igor Vladimirovich Klyucharev (24 August 1911, Kyiv, Russian Empire - 18 December 1996, Kyiv, Ukraine) was a Soviet and Ukrainian sound engineer, conductor, composer, music editor. He was awarded medals and the badge "Excellence in Cinematography of the USSR".
He was born into the family of an employee. He graduated from the Kyiv Music College (1940) as a conductor and choirmaster. He was the organiser of jazz orchestras at the Houses of Culture of Printers (1935) and the Bolshevik plant (1937-1939). He led the "Melodjaz", which performed in dancing at the "Kharchovyk" House of Culture.
In 1938-1941, he headed a male vocal quartet (jazz band) at the Kyiv State Variety and Ukrainian Radio.
He participated in the German-Soviet war.
Later, he worked at the Dovzhenko Kyiv Film Studio (in 1944-1974 he was a music editor) and at UkrKinoKhronika.
He provided music for 350 chronicle and documentary films and edited about 200 feature films.
He was a member of the Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine.
