Biography.
Petro Hudak examines a patient in the neurosurgical department of the Ternopil Regional Hospital
He graduated from Uzhhorod Music College (1980) and Kyiv Medical Institute of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine (1989). Since then, he has been a surgeon at the Kyiv Center for Emergency Care and Disaster Medicine.
Since 1990 he has been working in Uzhhorod as a neurosurgeon, a leading neurosurgeon at the Uzhhorod Regional Hospital, and since 1998 as an associate professor at the Department of Postgraduate Education of the Transcarpathian University.
Since 2005 - Head of the Department of Neurosurgery at Ternopil Regional Hospital, 2007 - Chief Neurosurgeon of Ternopil Region, Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at Ternopil State Medical University.
He practices in foreign neuroclinics, in particular, in the neurosurgical clinic in Pécs, Hungary. In 2001, he consulted patients of a public clinic in Mexico City at the invitation of the Senator of the State of Veracruz. At the university clinics in Bonn and Cologne, he studied new methods of surgical interventions for cancer of the nervous system and acute cerebrovascular pathology. He collaborates with the University of Bratislava (Slovakia).
As a violinist, he participates in concerts.
