Yurii Pavlovych Filonenko (1958, Volyn - 1998) was a Ukrainian composer, pianist, teacher, and organiser of numerous festivals. Brother of the famous Ukrainian musicologist Liudomyr Pavlovych Filonenko.
Biography.
Studied in Lviv at the Stanislav Liudkevych Music School and Mykola Lysenko Conservatory.
As a composer, Yurii Filonenko's songwriting is represented by 20 works.
