Feniuk Olga

She was born in the Lviv region. In 1989, she graduated from the Lviv State Lysenko Conservatory in the class of solo singing of Professor V. Chaika. Laureate of the International Festival-Contest of Ukrainian Song "Golden Trembitas" (1988).

She has worked as a soloist of the Honoured Choir of Ukraine "Trembita" and the opera studio at the Mykola Lysenko Lviv State Conservatory. Since 1995 she has been a soloist of the Lviv Philharmonic. Her repertoire includes arias from operas and operettas, romances, and Ukrainian folk songs.

She has prepared solo programmes "How Infinitely Lovely to Live" based on works by S. Liudkevych, an evening of Ukrainian classical romance "Those Treasures are the Best of the Young Soul", "Nightingale Romance" based on works by A. Kos-Anatolsky, M. Kolessa, D. Zador, "I Believe in Beauty" based on works by M. Lysenko.

In 2012, she was awarded the S. Liudkevych Regional Prize in the Musical Art nomination for her thematic programmes and the release of three CDs of works by Stanislav Liudkevych, Anatoliy Kos-Anatolsky, Mykola Kolessa, and for her significant contribution to the popularisation of Galician composers.

She has toured Ukraine, Poland, Belgium, Germany, and the USA.
