Oleh Dolhyi (born 2 January 1950 in the village of Babyn, Kelmenets, now Dnister district, Chernivtsi region) is a Ukrainian scholar and conductor. Professor of the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts (since 2004), Honoured Worker of Culture of Ukraine (since 1996), winner of All-Ukrainian and Inter-Republican competitions and festivals of folk art. Artistic director and conductor of the Lybid Ukrainian Folk Choir of the Bolshevik Palace of Culture and the Stezhyna Choir of the Ukravtodor.
