Vadym Dmytrovych Chornokondratenko (born 26 November 1956, Kremenchuk) is a Ukrainian musician, director of the Dyvohrai folk instruments ensemble of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine. Honoured Artist of Ukraine (2013).
He graduated from the Mykola Lysenko Poltava Music College and the Kyiv Conservatory (1975-1981).
In 1988, together with Yevhen Chornokondratenko, he created the Divohrai folk instruments ensemble.
Since 2000, he has been the director of this ensemble and remains its soloist. He is a masterful player of many instruments: he plays kobza, balalaika, percussion and wind instruments (flute, zozulka, dvidentsivka), and harmonica.
Together with the ensemble, he has toured Russia, Denmark, Switzerland, Poland, Sweden, and the United States.
On 27 November 2016, he held a jubilee evening at the National Philharmonic of Ukraine on the occasion of his 60th birthday.

His wife Nina Chornokondratenko also performs in the ensemble "Divohrai", in which, in addition to playing the domra, she plays the sopilka and percussion.
His daughter, Olha Chornokondratenko, is a violinist who also performs with her parents in the Dyvohrai ensemble.
