Budnyi Vsevolod

Budnyi Vsevolod (born 1 January 1920, Ternopil - 15 April 1986, Livingston) was a Ukrainian poet, journalist, and conductor.
Biography.
Vsevolod Budnyi was born on 1 January 1920 in Ternopil.

In 1930-1939, he studied music.

He fought in the Galicia Division and took part in the battle of Brody. He was in the camp in Rimini (Italy), where he edited the camp newspaper "Batkivshchyna". He worked as a conductor in England and the United States. He directed the Trembita Choir in Newark and wrote textbooks.

He died on 15 April 1986 in Livingston (USA).
