He studied at the Lviv Specialized Music School named after Solomiya Krushelnytska: first he mastered the violin in the class of Volodymyra Shurgot, later in the class of Yuriy Golda. From the age of ten, he went to competitions and festivals both in Ukraine and abroad: the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Poland... He performed on the stage of the Lviv National Philharmonic - with an orchestra and solo numbers.
In 1999, he entered the Lviv National Academy of Music named after Mykola Lysenko (class of professor Lidia Shutko). Since the first year, he has been performing with various ensembles — as a soloist, orchestra player, in quartets, trios, duets, and a chamber orchestra. In the first year, he became the deputy concertmaster of the chamber orchestra "Academy" under the leadership of People's Artist of Ukraine, Professor Artur Mykytka. Oleksandr worked in many orchestras as a concertmaster and deputy concertmaster, in particular in the Lviv Philharmonic, in the orchestra of the Opera Studio at the Lviv National Academy of Music, in the chamber orchestra "Leopolis", in the orchestra "Trembita", in the international orchestras "INSO-Lviv" and "DaCapo". , in the orchestras of the Lviv Opera Theater named after Solomia Krushelnytska and the National Academic Ukrainian Drama Theater named after Maria Zankovetska, as well as in the orchestras of Magdeburg, Kyiv, Yalta...
Simultaneously with his studies, Oleksandr gave many concerts and toured the countries of Europe and Asia. In particular, he performed in France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, England, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Russia, Turkey, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates. After graduating in 2007, he continued his music education in graduate school. At the same time, he started experimenting with the violin: inventing new ways of playing the instrument, creating extraordinary numbers. In 2009-2010, he toured European countries together with the famous European showman Hans Lieberg (they gave more than 150 concerts in the Netherlands, Belgium, England, Germany, Switzerland and Austria).
By Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 336/2016 dated August 19, 2016, he was awarded the jubilee medal "25 years of independence of Ukraine".
Participation in television shows
The revolution in Oleksandr Bozyk's career took place after participating in the show on the STB channel "Ukraine has talent!-2". In 2010, the violinist became the silver medalist of this project. Among the numbers that captivated the audience was the playing of two violins at the same time, a number in which the strings of the violin are cut alternately until only one remains, while the melody continues. In order to show his talent to all of Ukraine, he broke his contract with Hans Lieberg and left his creative life in the Netherlands. During participation in the show "Ukraine has talent!" Bozhik managed not only to change the attitude of many to classical music, which can sound extraordinary, modern and interesting, but also to prove that a violinist with a conservatory education can be a successful showman.
After "Ukraine has talent!-2", the Ukrainian virtuoso violinist also became a finalist of the popular Russian show "The Moment of Glory".
On December 8, 2012, at the "Four Elements" concert in his native city of Lviv, on the stage of the National Theater named after Maria Zankovetska, a virtuoso violinist set a world record, he played four violins simultaneously using two bows. Oleksandr Bozhik was entered into the National Register of Records of Ukraine and is claiming a place in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Delight
Although Oleksandr's heart belongs to the violin (when preparing for an important concert, he plays for six hours a day, and to keep in shape - at least two or three hours every day), the musician also plays the piano, guitar, and writes music. He has been fond of football since he was four years old. Cheers for the football club "Barcelona". Sometimes he playsand himself, in particular, performed in the World Championship for the national team of Ukraine among church teams. Likes active recreation.
