Boyko Maksym Mykolayovych

Maksym Boyko (born 18 July 1980, Zaliztsi, Zboriv district, Ternopil region) is a Ukrainian musician, trombonist of the band Haydamaky.
He was born on 18 July 1980 in the village of Zaliztsi, Ternopil region.

He began his musical career at the age of 9 on the flute, but a year later he switched to the trumpet, and 6 years later he entered the Ternopil Music College to study trombone, while studying he played bass guitar at weddings - he had to master the bass and acoustic guitar, which later came in handy more than once in his life. He started playing at weddings at the age of 12. He played in many local rock and cover bands. In 2000, he took 2nd place at the Chervona Ruta festival as part of the band Ptaha project, after which he moved to Kyiv to study at the University of Culture, and officially worked in the orchestras of the law enforcement agencies, where he still works today, played in many bands, such as TaRuta (bass guitar), Properganja, Bez Holovy (trombone), and for seven years was a trombonist and backing vocalist in the band Yurcash. Together with Dubonos, he is developing the author's project Romax. Now he plays in the band Haidamaky. He wants to become a producer. He produces his wife, a young singer Katia Boyko, and is raising their daughter.

He plays seven musical instruments.
