Ivan Simeonovych Bilykovsky (b. 8 October 1846, Babyna village, Sambir district - d. 13 February 1923, Lviv) was a Ukrainian self-taught composer, teacher, and musician. He was a professor at the Sambir Gymnasium and the Lviv Higher Music Institute, and the organizer of the Boyan Music Society in Stanislaviv.
Ivan Bilykovsky was born in the village of Babyna, now in the Sambir district. He graduated from the Stanislav Teachers' Seminary in 1875. He worked as a music teacher at the Sambir Gymnasium in 1867-1870. From 1876 he lived in Stanislav, where he was one of the founders of the Stanislav "Boyan" singing society and the first conductor of its choir. He was a member of the board of the Lviv Boyan Singing Society. For many years he was a conductor and organizer of Shevchenko concerts in Stanislav and Lviv.
In 1918-1921, he taught music theory at the Lysenko Higher Music Institute in Lviv.

Author of choral works based on texts by Taras Shevchenko: "Gamalya", "My thoughts, my thoughts", "Oh three ways", "Oh I will look, I will look", "The sun is setting".
He wrote a school songbook. He harmonized folk songs.
