He studied at the studio school at the Kyiv State Conservatory, then at the Glier State Music School in Kyiv (1987-1991). He graduated twice from the Tchaikovsky National Music Ademia of Ukraine - in 1998 he received a diploma as a pianist, then in 2006 - as a composer. Candidate of Arts (2006).
