Since 2001, under the direction of Yevheniia Basalaieva, the author's international concert project "Elite Evenings of Chamber Music by Yevheniia Basalaieva" has been implemented in the Column Hall of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine, which has become "a part of the modern history of musical art in Ukraine" ("Day" [2011]).

Numerous diplomatic missions have joined the project at various times, including the Embassies in Ukraine of Austria, Japan, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, France, Germany, Argentina, Poland, the French Cultural Centre in Kyiv, the Austrian Cultural Forum, etc. The project is implemented with the support of governmental and cultural state institutions, charitable and public organisations. The project is characterised by the presentation and popularisation of works by Ukrainian composers in the context of masterpieces of world music of the past and present, as well as the use of the latest directorial findings based on the principles of synthesis of arts. By discovering and performing unique pieces of Ukrainian and world music, the project's author contributes to strengthening international cultural relations, shaping a positive image of the state in the world, and preserving the national spiritual heritage and cultural traditions of Ukrainian society.

"Evgeniya Basalayeva's innovative project is her personal contribution to the defence capability of states, support for the high image of Ukrainian culture in the world... The elite evenings were appreciated not only by the demanding critics, fellow musicians, but, above all, by the audience - for their high professionalism and noble style, the discovery of new names and forgotten scores, and for their consistent civic position. Is this not why this project is traditionally noted among special cultural events that can be called a powerful weapon for the protection of the nation, cultural heritage and, ultimately, the very future of Ukraine" ("Uryadovyi Kurier", 27 December 2014, no. 243).

In the greeting letter of the leadership of the State of Ukraine, voiced during the solemn XXV concert "Maestro Vivaldi and Italian Music from the Razumovsky Music Collection" (14.12.2013), it was stated that "....The aesthetic direction is not the only value of the "Elite Evenings of Yevhenia Basalaeva". For many years in a row, this project has been fulfilling a crucial social mission: it brings Ukrainian and world musical traditions closer together and forms an internal culture of perception of pure and true art...".
Each concert of the cycle is not only a presentation of premieres and aesthetic education of a wide audience on the best examples of national and world classics, but also charity events of Yevheniia Basalaeva in support of the younger generation, in particular creative youth, orphanages, seriously ill children, and Ukrainian ATO soldiers.

With the eleventh concert (2006) of the cycle, the pianist opened a new page in the Elite Chamber Music Evenings - the annual International Festival of Arts "Dialogues of Cultures", aimed at mutual enrichment of Ukrainian and world cultures.

"Holding the International Festival of Arts "Dialogues of Cultures" is a truly significant event in the cultural life of the country.
