Bohdan-Stepan Balko (b. 15 August 1918, Dovhe village, now Ternopil district, Ternopil region - d. 17 August 1981, Winnipeg, Canada) was a Ukrainian veterinarian, conductor, and public figure.
Biography.
He fought in the Ukrainian National Army. Conductor of the choir in Metz (France, 1947-1948).
In 1948, he settled in Winnipeg (Canada), where he was a choir conductor. President of the Manitoba Veterinary Association, Chairman of the Association of Ukrainian Veterinarians of Canada, Chairman of the Ukrainian Cultural Council of Canada.
