Ukrainian cultural figure, writer, amateur composer. Son of O. Bachynsky.
Biography.
Graduated from Ternopil Pedagogical Institute (1993, now National Pedagogical University).
In Ternopil: from 1993 - head of the youth center at the "Textile" Palace of Culture, chief administrator-director of the "Anna-Maria" band, deputy head of the concert department of the regional philharmonic, 1995-1999 - head of the art department of the "Berezil" Palace of Culture. 1999-2006 - Chief Specialist of the Socio-Cultural Department of the Department of Culture of the Ternopil Regional State Administration.
From 2006 to the present, he has been the head of the Ternopil Regional Department of the Association of Variety Artists of Ukraine. Founder and director of the All-Ukrainian Festival of Popular Music "Meetings of Friends" (since 1993 - annually in Ternopil). Director of the program "On the Waves of Nostalgia" (hit parade of 1970-1980, held since 2005 all over Ukraine).

Author of lyrics and music to songs performed by V. Verminsky, M. Svydiuk, L. Chermak, N. Shestakova, VIA "Krayany", "Stozhary" and others.
